CrossRoads Church respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through crcnorfolk.com and the tools we use, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Forms and sign-ups. When you fill out a form, such as an event sign-up, a prayer request, or a connection card, we collect what you type in. This is usually your name, email address, and phone number. Our forms run on Church Community Builder (CCB).
• Giving. Online gifts are handled by Subsplash. Your card or bank details go straight to Subsplash and its payment processor. CrossRoads does not see or store your full card or bank numbers. We do receive your name, the amount, and the date of your gift so we can send giving statements.
• Email. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
• Website visits. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Like most websites, it may collect basic visit data, such as pages viewed and browser type, through cookies.

How we use it
We use your information to:

• respond to you and follow up on requests,
• run events, ministries, and church communication,
• process gifts and send giving statements, and
• run church administration, such as keeping our records and schedules.

Church staff and volunteers sometimes use Google Workspace tools to do this work. Those tools access only church accounts and church files.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not share it with anyone outside the church, except the service providers named above, who handle it for us, or when the law requires it.

Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop sending you email, at any time. Use the contact below.
