The CR Mental Health Summit is a time to learn, grow, and discuss how mental health intersects our spiritual lives. The summit is a place to help those who want to grow in their own mental health and those who want to know how to best help others on their mental health.

There are 3 tracks that are offered during the Summit.  Participants will choose from one of the following: Christian Living & Mental Health, Leadership, or Lament & Trauma.

The sessions presented are videos that were part of the 2024 National Mental Health Summit in America and will be facilitated by the CrossRoads BLESS ministry leaders.
