Erle Latimer

Erle Latimer is the friendly face behind our Cares Ministry at CrossRoads. Originally from Richmond, Erle made her way to Tidewater through marriage and found her home at CrossRoads, drawn in by its warmth, vitality, and the sense of God’s presence. She’s deeply involved in church life, from homeless outreach and café service to greeting members with her welcoming smile.

Erle loves the outdoors—You’ll find her gardening, strolling along the beach, or getting lost in a good book. Psalm 19:7-9 holds a special place in her heart for its clarity in describing the perfection, reliability, and transformative power of God's Word.
